During a commanding performance, England secured one more win versus their opponents, with a number of squad members turning in standout performances throughout the game.

The goalkeeper Not a save to make in the first half before tested by Arbër Hoxha’s curled attempt. One well-timed sliding intervention against an Albanian attacker highlighted excellent anticipation. 6/10

The star midfielder Functioned in a forward spot down the right and also contributed with the hard yards. Showed flashes of quality but mishit an effort wide. Withdrawn in the closing stages by a teammate, a fellow player, following a yellow card. 7

The winger Was presented with the team's clearest opportunity before halftime, his shot excellently kept out by the Albanian keeper. With Quansah holding position, he had to provide width on the right although his balls from the touchline varied in quality. Replaced late in the match. 6

The captain The match-winner scoring two more finishes in an England shirt. The first a classic poacher’s finish while the second a classy headed goal following a clever run away from the opposition. At 32, he continues to improve and the side have every chance in the upcoming tournament with him leading the line. 8

Eberechi Eze Found it tough to make an impact from the left. Had a good opening following a pass by Bellingham yet the keeper kept it out. His replacement made much more of influence after coming on. Five
