The Streaming Giant Chooses Ideal Performer for Mr. 2 in One Piece Upcoming Installment
Baroque Works is poised to exert significant influence in Netflix’s upcoming season of One Piece, even if the major clash won’t take place until the third season, and a beloved, popular member has just been cast.
The platform declared recently that Cole Escola has joined the One Piece season 3 cast and will play Bentham. Bon Clay can use their power to change into an identical duplicate of any individual they’ve laid a hand on with their dominant hand. The performer, who is identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, will portray a rendition of that figure reinterpreted as gender non-binary, instead of as a drag performer, in the real-life adaptation, differing from the initial comic and anime.
The new cast member joins a number of new cast members who will portray the organization to reality, featuring head Mr. 0, played by the seasoned performer, Sophia Anne Caruso as another operative, and an accomplished actor, who also joins the lineup as the monarch of the fictional land.
Though Bon Clay is a key figure of the group, the persona won’t make their debut One Piece the third season. With the second season likely to portray the Little Garden segment, this signals a significant shift in the schedule of Bon Clay’s introduction, one that could suggest further changes to the plot development.
The actor’s combination of excellent comedic sense and emotional depth makes them a standout choice for the part. In addition to their latest vocal work in the animated feature Boys Go to Jupiter, they received high praise and several accolades for creating and performing in the popular theatrical show Oh Mary!, showcasing the versatility they’ll contribute to one of One Piece’s most celebrated figures.
The platform’s adapted One Piece show is scheduled to come back for its next installment on the tenth of March, 2026.
